Banana Nice Cream

It’s finally here. Banana nice-cream is the alternative to a dairy ice-cream.

A guilt-free, fat-free, oil-free, preservatives-free, pesticides-free, cruelty-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, Vegetarian and Vegan ice-cream.  This ice-cream recipe takes the prize for the least amount of additives and ingredients. It is minimal, delicious, satisfying and most importantly very affordable.

BANANA NICE-CREAM

Ingredients

  • 5 frozen spotted bananas (slightly thaw)

Optional Ingredients:
*For additional sweet flavors add, dates, cinnamon or pure vanilla extract.
*Sub water for Coconut Waterbanana-nice-cream

Recommendations:
*If you do not own a high speed blender or a food-processor, you may need to add tiny dash of water.
*Soak dates 2-4 hours prior

 

Preparation

  1. Put bananas into a high-speed blender or food-processor. Blend and pulse until it reaches a think ice-cream consistency.
  2. Finish topping with your favorite fruits, nuts or seeds.
