My Favorite Tips –
Eat rawnola as snack and use as topping for smoothie bowls, nice cream, or as a snack with sliced fruit!
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Store Medicine Balls in the refrigerator in an air tight container!
By cooking down dates, the texture and taste will resemble caramel!
These recipes all are very flexible with ratios of ingredients. Be creative and try different ingredients or liquids to see what you like best!
Medicine Balls Recipe
12 oz. Packages of Pitted Dates
2 Tablespoons of Water
1 Cup Coconut Sugar OR 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup & Eliminate Water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 – 1.5 Cups Mulberries (Or Rice Krispies or Oats)
1/4 Cup Coconut Shreds
- Chop dates until sticky and mix in water and coconut sugar, coconut, and mulberries.
- Once combined, roll into balls and roll in coconut shreds.
- Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
- Enjoy as a great snack!
