There are four different packages for you to chose from:

  1.  Six-Week
    A six-week commitment that gives YOU the tools to change your habits and the motivation to kick start your wellness journey. This commitment is tailored to your individual goals & health needs.
    What’s included:
    24/7 response via email, cell phone
    15-minute introductory chat session
    60-minute initial session (Skype/ichat/phone)
    2 x 30 minute follow up sessions
    Personalized protocols tailored to your exact needs email support, accountability, and motivation.
  2. Three Month
    For those who want a longer comprehensive commitment with added accountability, assistance and results.
    What’s included:
    24/7 response via email, cell phone
    15-minute introductory chat session
    60-minute initial session (Skype/ichat/phone)
    4 x 30 minute follow up sessions
    Personalized protocols tailored to your exact needs
    email support, accountability, and motivation
  3. Ongoing Coaching 
    I offer ongoing coaching to people who are looking for a longer term commitment. If you think this is the best option for you please contact me and we will work together to create the best plan for your needs and desired results.
  4. Customize Coaching
    If there wasn’t a package that worked best for you, shoot me an email and we can work something out!

If clients are local, face-to-face sessions can be arranged.

There is a lot of fear and misconceptions that come from eating a plant base diet.
Many people fear they will eat like a rabbit or just be eating broccoli and lettuce all-day. Well, there’s good news… yes! you will be eating vegetables but you will be also eating fruits, legumes, and grains. And there are so many different recipes and way of preparing these foods that it’s impossible to get bored, and you will not be disappointed with taste!  The taste will not be sacrificed 🙂 I hope that helps.
